Our hospitality staff are well educated in food, wine, and other libations, providing a refreshing low addition to your events adding atmosphere and a sense of ease to the often chaotic event execution. Darren LeBlanc leads the team and is a double credited Sommelier with certifications through the Wine and Spirits Education Trust of the United Kingdom, as well as the Canadian Association for Professional Sommeliers. He provides the education and training for our people to be fully versed in their menu offerings, as well as have a keen sense of hospitality and service.
